In general we are providing 1 year warranty of the products, but it depends on the products. Some of the products have 2 or 5 years of warranty and some of have 6 months of warranty. Any products which are not working well or damaged, send us back. We want to build long term relationships with you.

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. 

Secondly, Our after sales service team is handling the issues which are covered under warranty terms. Generally physical damaged on product due to external factor is not covered in warranty. Discuss with ur team and let us know the issue you are facing. During the warranty period, we will send a new device once you return the product to us.

It depends on the total weight of your order and the way you chose for shipping. There are International Express Door to Door, Airline Company and Ocean Transportation available.

According to your order quantity, the delivery time will be different.Generally 2 days to 5 days are required to arrange and ship the goods for online order and 7-10 for big quantity. Express delivery by DHL & FedEx service take 5-7 days to reach the goods to any country. Shipping by sea transport takes time about 12-35 days.
